Included describes the workspace scope. Exact availability follows package, pilot status and configuration; roadmap functions are not live.

Planned for the pilot: start small and expand later.

ObraPad is designed to keep Obra Core as the shared foundation while you add capabilities over time.

These capabilities are still in development: extra workspaces per building and limited installer access. Contact us to discuss what you can already test.

Start with one workspace

The aim is to let you start with one workspace and add only what you need later.

Expand for one building

We are developing per-building expansion, so you could add Construction for a renovation while keeping your other buildings’ setup unchanged.

Choose who gets access

We are preparing access controls that would let an installer or partner work on a selected building, installation or task.

Intended example: heat pump maintenance

The planned example: your installer sees the heat pump, its documents and the assigned maintenance tasks for one building. Other buildings, financial information and private documents stay protected. You would choose what the installer can view or change, for how long and when to revoke access. We are testing these access restrictions before making the feature available.

The design keeps an additional workspace and partner access as separate choices, with the building passport as the shared foundation.

Technical guidance

From first signal to an evidence-based intervention

How could Technical Care help?

Set a thermostat

Link the correct thermostat and zone to the question. Consult the manual for the schedule and record the chosen steps with the device.

Clean an oven

First check the exact model and manufacturer instructions. Show only a cleaning programme confirmed for that model.

Robot vacuum filter

Use a confirmed model and part number to find a compatible filter. Buying requires a separate owner decision.

Sticking door or window

Record the room, material and observed problem. Guide safe initial checks and pass the case to the right professional if needed.
