What do we measure and why?
We load Zoho PageSense only after you consent. It measures pages visited, referrals, device and browser information, clicks and scrolling to improve the website. Cookies use random visitor and session identifiers. A demonstration-link click measures a click, not whether an email was sent. Session recordings and customer-profile identification are not enabled.
Provider and storage
Measurements go to our European PageSense project at Zoho. The service receives your IP address for the connection; this processing is not fully anonymous. Zoho may use infrastructure and subprocessors. Its privacy policy explains processing and any international transfers.
Cookies and retention
We remember your choice on this device for 180 days. Functional preferences, such as language, remain separate. PageSense uses cookies including zabUserID, zabHMBucket, zsc and zft-sdc for visitors and sessions, lasting up to one year. Measurement reports are retained for up to 12 months under the PageSense plan. Zoho’s cookie policy lists current cookies and lifetimes.
Changing your choice
Rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can withdraw consent later through Privacy & cookies in the website footer. Withdrawal removes accessible PageSense cookies and storage on this website and reloads the page to stop further measurement. It does not automatically delete previously collected report data; contact us for this.
Your rights
You may ask us for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data and, where applicable, portability or objection. You may complain to the Spanish authority AEPD or your local supervisory authority. Our hosting provider processes connection information to deliver and protect the website. This analytics choice does not cover a separate customer account.
