The working environment Documents & AI remains visible in the catalogue of ten workspaces. An extension such as Document AI / OCR describes a specific processing capability, such as extracting data from a document. These are not two names for the same purchase. The exact included capabilities and limits are shown for each package.
An extension can support multiple workspaces. The configuration must show what access and any costs apply to: your organisation, users, property entities or usage. A second purchase is not added automatically because you open another workspace.
The website adviser helps you understand and choose. An operational Copilot works with your own property file within your permissions and package. The adviser in this presentation uses sample answers only.
